In Arab cuisine, the essence of roses is traditionally used in creams, mousses and fruit juices, mainly in lemonades and orange juices as it imparts an exotic flavor. Typically, the essence is made through an infusion to concentrate the rose flavor.
Roses can also be used to flavor vinegars, oils, oils, liqueurs, darken wines, jellies, make tea and be crystallized.
