Aioli is a typical French culinary sauce, original from Provence, consisting mainly of garlic, olive oil and egg yolks. It’s similar to mayonnaise, but traditionally it does not carry vinegar or mustard.

Ingredients:
Sunflower oil, MILK, garlic 9%, EGG yolk, MUSTARD, salt, concentrated lemon juice, pepper, colour : lutein, thickeners : guar gum and xanthane gum.
