It is a natural sweetener obtained from the slow cooking of the musts of the Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. Deeply linked to the tradition of the countryside, it used to be served in cheeses.
Ideal for: preparation of cocktails and long drinks, cheeses, cured meats (pork, turkey, ham …), fruit salad, fresh and cooked fruits, ice cream, yogurt, pancakes, cheesecakes, muffins …
