Stir Vegetarian Mushroom Sauce for stir-fries was created especially for vegetarians and vegans. It was designed to be used as an alternative to oyster sauce, so you can now get a texture and appearance similar to oyster sauce in your dishes. Although we do this with shiitake mushrooms, the mushroom flavor is not very strong, so it works well with a wide variety of Chinese dishes and can also be used as a walking sauce.
Ingredients:
Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, SOYBEANS, Salt, Corn starch), Salt, Modified corn starch, Yeast extract (Yeast extract, salt, water), colour (plain caramel), dried shiitake (0,3%).

Refrigerate after opening, use within 2weeks and before the expiry date.
Usage Suggestions:
This vegetarian stir fry sauce is perfect for using as a marinade, stir-frying, stewing, and also for using in gravy or sauce mixes. It can be used in many cases as an alternative to oyster sauce, that even includes as a dipping sauce.
