Although his distinctive appearance, flavour and origin, this Comptoir du Caviar Salmon Roe are a famous caviar substitute. There are different species but the best are the wild salmon-keta from Alaska – USA. 100% natural. These roes distinguish themselves by its bright orange colour and its size.
At the moment they are very used in the Japanese cuisine in the decoration for sushi and sashimi dishes.

Alaska wild SALMON roe (FISH) 97% (Oncorhynchus keta), salt.

Storage:
Pasteurized product.
Store between 0º and 4ºC. After opening consume the whole product.
Usage Suggestions:
Serve with toasts or blinis covered with Sour Cream, always as a topping for appetizers or entrees. They are also excellent for fresh pasta sauces or for garnishing dishes.
