Jean Veyrac has been creating terrine recipes for over 60 years. All terrines are made in Gimont, in the heart of Gers, and are prepared without dyes or preservatives.
Ingredients:
EU origin pork throat (40%), pork liver (28%), pork fat (18%), cooked ceps 4% (Boletus edulis, aereus, pinicola, reticulatus, sunflower oil), onion, salt, spices.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Best served chilled.
