Jean Veyrac has been creating terrine recipes for over 60 years. All terrines are made in Gimont, in the heart of Gers, and are prepared without dyes or preservatives.

Chicken meat (Origin France) (25%), pork fat (Origin EU), chicken liver (Origin EU), pork fat (Origin France), EGG, white wine, basil (Origin EU) (1.8%), salt, shallot pulp (shallot, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: sodium disulphite), thyme (Origin EU/non-EU) (0.15%), pepper.
