Jamie Oliver is passionate about Italian cuisine. after creating his own Italian pasta sauces, he has also created a range of pastas to offer typical, complete and easy-to-cook Italian recipes. The pasta is made by a specially selected producer in Sardinia, Italy. This Penne pasta is made from Italian wheat semolina and water, nothing more.
Ingredients:
Durum WHEAT semolina, water.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place away from strong odours. Use within 3 months of opening.
Preparation Suggestion:
Bring a large pan of salted water to a rolling boil and add the penne. Allow 80g of dried pasta per person. Let it come back to the boil and cook for about 9 minutes until al dente – cooked through but still with a bit of bite. Drain and serve. Tip: For best results, aim to use around 1 litre of water for each 80g serving of pasta.
Usage Suggestions:
Try mixing it with my tomato & basil pasta sauce and some
Good quality bacon. Then just cover with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, bake in the oven and serve up in a big dish at the table.
