Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made using age-old craft techniques. Produced from a mixture composed of grape must and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The aging takes place in oak barrels.
Is a product designed for everyday family use. Carefully aged, its classical, slightly pungent flavour makes it na ideal salad dressing. The young girl on each label demonstrates the different uses for each type of Balsamic Vinegar.
