Tapioca Starch is a great source of carbohydrates, without gluten. Is a starchy white flour that has a slight sweet flavour to it. Tapioca flour is na alternative to traditional wheat flours and has a variety of uses in baking. The flour is made from the starch extracted from the South American cassava plant.
Use in combination with other gluten free flours for best results.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Usage Suggestions:
You can use tapioca starch in the preparation of Tapiocas (crepes of cassava), breads, biscuits, pies or as a thickener of sauces, fillings and soups.
