Product Description
Japanese rice vinegar is very mild and mellow and ranges in colour from colourless to pale yellow. It is made from fermented rice and seasoned by adding sake, salt and sugar is added to cooked rice to be used in making sushi or to do a Mirin Sauce.
Ingredients:
Water, rice vinegar (42%) (water, rice), salt, fructose syrup, colour: caramel (E150c).
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
Preparation Suggestion:
Sprinkle over cooked Japanese rice before making sushi and sashimi.
Usage Suggestions:
Adds a tangy edge to salad dressings and marinades.
