Product Description
Canardie duck foie gras is made in “old-fashioned way” from Free RangeDucks and therefore characterized by a homogeneous beige colour and a round and frank flavour.
Respecting the original texture, foie gras is seasoned by hand exclusively with salt and pepper previously selected and sprinkled just in the last minute, so you can feel all the aromas. Slowly cooked in its container, it exudes a little golden grease and its corn colour.
Ingredients:
Duck foie gras, salt, pepper.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Preparation Suggestion:
Remove it from the fridge 15 minutes before cutting it with a thin knife blade heated with warm water.
Usage Suggestions:
Serve foie gras with grilled bread and a white wine or a glass of champagne
