Product Description
The fish sauce has a very deep flavour. It is an essential ingredient that replaces salt in Thai and Oriental cuisine. It is made of first quality fresh anchovies fermented in salt.
Ingredients:
ANCHOVY extract (ANCHOVY, water) 70%, salt, sugar.
Allergens:

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened consume within 12 weeks.
Preparation Suggestion:
Fry 200 g of beef steak, cut into strips and set aside.
In a bowl, mix 1½ tablespoon of fish sauce, 1½ tablespoon of lime juice, ½ teaspoon of sugar, 2 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 crushed chilli (optional).
Add beef, ½ onion to slices, ½ sliced cucumber, some cherry tomatoes and mint leaves.
Mix well and serve with lettuce leaves.
Usage Suggestions:
Add to curry dishes, soups and sautés as a substitute for salt.
