Enjoy delicious meal with authentic Thai Yellow Curry. deSIAM Yellow Curry paste is a hot spicy blend of green chillies, Fragrant lemongrass and fresh Thai spices that can bring out full flavour of Yellow Curry!
Ingredients:
sunflower oil, curry power (MUSTARD seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, tumeric power, white pepper, coulor: paprika extract, cumin seeds, cinnamon), (16%), shallots, limongrass (10%), garlic, red chilli (9%), salt, coconut sugar, galangal roots, coriander roots, ginger roots, kaffir lime peel, lime juice, white pepper.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
Preparation Suggestion:
Yellow Curry Recipe: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a sauce pan until very hot. Add the 70g sachet of yellow curry paste. Stir fry until aromatic. Add 1 can (400ml) of coconut mil and 100ml of water. Add 200g of cut-up assorted vegetables (potatoes, onion, cherry tomatoes). Add 10 praws headless 8or tofu). Season with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. (or salt) and 1 tablespoon f sugar. Simmer until cooked through.
