Product Description
deSIAM Massaman Curry Paste is a hot blend of dried red chillies, tamarind juice and fresh Thai spices. Combine with mushrooms and prawns to prepare a delicious sour and spicy Thai soup “Tom Yam Kung”.
Ingredients:
Tamarind juice (tamarind, water), sugar, SOYBEAN oil, shallots, garlic, red chilli pepper 7.5%, salt, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMP, salt), acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
Preparation Suggestion:
Tom Yam Soup Recipe: Boil 500ml of water. Add a cube of chicken broth, 1 stalk of sliced lemongrass, 2 small chopped shallots, a few leaves of kaffir lime and 2 red chilli peppers. Add the Tom Yam bag sachet and some mushrooms (into quarters). Add 10 shrimps without head, 1 tablespoon of FISH sauce, 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Boil until cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve in individual bowls.

To prepare a sour & spicy Tom Yam soup.
