Tomato’s TomKa Soup Contains all the essential herbs and Thai spices to prepare tom kha Thai soup. Is a smooth blend of tamarind, galangas and citronella that will give a special touch to your soups and broths.
Ingredients:
Tamarind juice (tamarind, water), galangal 16%, SOYBEAN oil, lemongrass 11%, onion, salt, sugar, coriander roots, red chili 1.1%, kaffir lime leaves, FISH sauce (ANCHOVY, water, salt, sugar), acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
Preparation Suggestion:
Tom Kha Soup Recipe: Add 2 small shallots (whole) into 500ml of boiling water and 250g of sliced chicken breast. Let it boil. Add 120g of mushrooms (into quarters) and 2 tomatoes. Let it cook some time. Add the soup sachet, 165ml of coconut cream and 1 tablespoon of FISH sauce. Boil until the meat is cooked. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice and garnish with a few kaffir lime leaves. Serve in individual bowls.
Usage Suggestions:
Add this mix to your soups and broths. Combine with mushrooms and chicken to prepare a delicious coconut creamy Thai soup “Tom Kha Kai”
