deSIAM gives you the opportunity to easily cook classic Tom Yam Soup with this kit. All the necessary ingredients are included except for the fresh ones: just add the proteins and the vegetables. The kit contains Rice Noodles, Tom Yam Pasta, Fish Sauce, Coconut Sugar and Thai Herbs. In simple steps you will have this traditional Thai street dish to eat at home.
Ingredients:
Rice noodles 150g (rice flour 93%, water), Tom Yam paste 70g [tamarind juice (tamarind, water) 24%, sugar, SOYBEAN oil, shallot, garlic, red chilli 7,5%, salt, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMP, salt), acidity regulator: citric acid], FISH sauce 10ml [ANCHOVY extract (ANCHOVY, water) 70%, salt, sugar], coconut sugar 8g, red chilli 1g, kaffir lime leaves 1g.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
Preparation Suggestion:
Tom Yam Soup Recipe: Boil 500ml of water. Add a cube of chicken broth, 1 stalk of sliced citronella, 2 chopped small shallots. Add the Tom Yam pasta sachet, 250g beef fillet (sliced) or some tofu and 6 mushrooms to the quarters. Add rice noodles and boil for 5 minutes until cooked. Mix the 3 sachets of Thai seasonings (fish sauce, coconut sugar and spices). Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve in individual bowls.
