Red Chili Pasta for sautéing. Contains 2 individual 15g sachets.
Ingredients:
Chilli 69%, water, sugar, vinegar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, sunflower oil, thickener: xanthan gum.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated.
Preparation Suggestion:
Beef with chilli and Basil Recipe (2 people): In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté 1 chopped garlic until golden. Add 1/2 sliced onion and 60g cooked green beans. Add 150g of meat (finely chopped) and 1/2 sliced pepper. Fry until everything is cooked. Add 1 sachet of red chilli paste, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and 3 tablespoons of water. Add a handful of fresh basil leaves. Serve with cooked white rice.
Usage Suggestions:
Try it on sauces, stir-fry’s and curries.
