Ingredients:
Ginger 82%, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, acetic acid, thickener: xanthan gum.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated.
Preparation Suggestion:
Chicken Recipe with Ginger (2 people): Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sauté half onion sliced. Add 80g of sliced mushrooms, half sliced pepper, and let it brown. Apart, fry 150g of chicken. Add cooked vegetables. 1 sachet of ginger paste, 6 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce. Let it boil. Lower the heat and cook for some time. Serve with white rice.
