Water, BUTTER (MILK) 28%, white wine vinegar (SULPHITES), EGG Yolk, tarragon 5.25%, shallot, CREAM (MILK) powder, salt, MUSTARD grains, corn starch, vinegar, thickener: xanthan gum.

Storage:
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
Preparation Suggestion:
Serve hot or cold. To warm up: Put on 30 sec. In water bath or microwave, without lid.
