Torrão Tenro de Amêndoa is inspired by the Torrão tradition of southern Italy. Made with peeled pizzuta almonds from Avola, lemon honey from the Sorrento peninsula and Sicilian lemon zest.
Ingredients:
peeled twin ALMOND pizzuta of Avola 60%, lemon honey from Sorrento peninsula, candied sicilian lemon skin peel (lemon skin, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, EGG white, wafer ( potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
