Gianduiotti are typical products from the Piedmont region of Italy, consisting of a soft hazelnut cream called gianduia. D.Barbero modifies the traditional recipe and offers a higher concentration of IGP Piedmont hazelnuts and cocoa, giving it a more intense and aromatic flavour.
