Crunchy homemade torrence with Piedmont IGP hazelnuts and chocolate icing. Prepared according to an ancient recipe dating back to 1883. Produced without gelatine but with egg whites as in the past, still shaped and cut by hand.
The traditional flavour of crunchy torroncino with IGP Piemont hazelnuts and chocolate icing, packaged in practical, individually wrapped portions.
Ingredients:
TORRONE 65%: Piedmont HAZULNUT (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, EGG white, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch. DARK CHOCOLATE 35%: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous BUTTER, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural flavour vanilla. Min, cocoa 50,2%.
