La Torronfette was created at the end of the 1950s. Initially, it represented the processing waste obtained by cutting the bars from the clods. But the product was so well received that it revolutionised the market and became one of D. Barbero’s main products.
La Torronfetta” is a very thin and unique slice of toast that can be enjoyed in a relaxed moment accompanied by a good Moscatel. D. Barbero’s Torrón is processed according to the ancient recipe for Asti Torrón with prolonged steaming and the use of high quality raw materials: hazelnuts (obtained exclusively from “Hazelnuts PGI Piedmont”), Puglia almonds, Sicilian pistachio and wildflower honey.

ALMONS 51%, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, EGG white, wafer ( potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
