Piedmont is the historical birthplace of the Grissini. The origin of the grissini dates back to the 17th century, when the “pain long du Piémont” (the long bread of Piedmont).
These grissinis are extremely light and crispy, without artificial flavours and hydrogenated fats. Just flour, water and extra virgin olive oil.
