Deriving its name from the Spanish term for “largo”, ancho chilli along with coffee gives a sweet and salty flavour to your dishes. Rub over your favourite cut of beef, chicken or lamb before caramelising it on the grill. Use as a seasoning for your favourite meal or as a rub in a marinade or at the table.
Ingredients:
Sea Salt (32%), Brown Sugar, Ancho Chilli Powder (10%), Roasted Garlic Flakes, Roasted Onion Flakes, Ground Cumin, Smoked Paprika Flakes, Coffee Powder (5%), Tomato Flakes, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Colour (Paprika Extract), Smoked Extract (0.5%).
Allergens:
May contain traces of celery, coconut, wheat (gluten), mustard), soy,sesame and sulphites.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid using over steaming pots and always replace cap after use.
