The Nachos were born in 1943 in the city of Piedras Negras near the Mexican border with the United States by the hands of Ignacio “Nacho” Anaya. The reason was to be able to serve some customers who had already come after closing time. Nachos quickly became a success and today are indispensable in Mexican food.
