Bornibus sauces are distinguished by their carefully selected ingredients, prepared according to the original recipes of Alexandre Bornibus and the classic elegance of their packaging.
Tartar sauce is made with mayonnaise, with some extra ingredients. In the United Kingdom add capers, maxixe, lemon juice, and tarragon. In America can include pickles or prepared sweet green pepper, capers, onions and fresh parsley. Sometimes also added slices of boiled eggs or olives, as well as Dijon mustard.
Bornibus Tartar Sauce is mild and light, will give a delicate and refined touch to your dinner with friends.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil, water, EGG yolk, cucumbers, vinegar, onions, sugar, acid: lactic acid, salt, pepper flavor, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), antioxidant: EDTA.
