Product Description

This refined and authentic ortolana sauce is created by the slow cooking of onions, carrots, celery, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Tomato pulp and tomato paste are added, the three organic vegetables are added to the preparation: pumpkin, eggplant and peppers. At the end, parsley and oregano are added, providing a fresh flavor. This sauce contains no additives and sugar.
