In 2012, Belazu’s Belti Preserved Lemons won 3 stars “Great Taste” from the Guild of Fine Foods, a coveted award for less than 2 out of 100 entries.
They are a traditional ingredient in North African cuisine, used to add a subtle but distinctive citrus note to tagines and condiments.
