Product Description
Concentrated Fish Soup has remained unchanged since it was first marketed in 1963. Its high fish concentration of 68% gives it the position of the most concentrated soup on the French market, no colourings, no preservatives, no additives, it is also cooked with respect for flavours and traditions according to the original Sétoise recipe. It has a smooth texture and a fresh fishy aroma.
Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan with two volumes of the pot of water added, then bring to the boil for 5 minutes over low heat. Serve in a soup tureen accompanied by our Garlic Croutons topped with our Sétoise Rouille with fresh eggs and grated cheese.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
1st Method: Pour the content of the jar into a litre of water. Heat and serve with croutons. 2nd Method: Pour the content of the jar into a litre of water. Bring to the boil and add 50 to 100g of pâté. Serve with grated cheese.
Usage Suggestions:
