Kalles Kaviar Randiga is a classic pate reference in Sweden, prepared from cod eggs by ABBA Seafood. This version adds fresh cheese to the original Kalles Kaviar recipe.
The exquisite flavour of ABBA seafood pate is based on the slightly smoked cod roe combined with carefully selected ingredients. The tube-shaped package makes it easier to use on a daily basis as well as on festive occasions.
Ingredients:
Smoked FISH roe spread 50% (smoked sugar salted COD roe, rapeseed oil, sugar, water, salt, potato flakes, tomato paste, preservative (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid)), CREAM CHEESE 30% (skimmed MILK, CREAM, rapeseed oil, modified starch, thickener (locust bean gum), starter culture), water, inulin (fibre), skimmed MILK powder, stabiliser (xanthan gum, locust bean gum), flavouring, colouring (paprika oleoresin). The product contains 23% cod roe (Gadus morhua(Gadus morhua).
