The La Vera tradition is present in the life cycle of peppers. The grinding in a stone mill and the smoking of peppers with oak wood follow the ancestral guidelines of a region where peppers are one of the greatest economic sources.
The Oliva family also transferred their knowledge to Toledo to produce the oil of their dreams.
At Finca La Barca they grow olives with which they model their liquid gold, also smoked, and which follows the line of the family business: fidelity to the tradition and personality of Spanish gastronomy.
