Founded in 1999, the Conserverie des Saveurs makes homemade preparations based on products from the sea and land in Landreau in the Loire-Atlantique, France. The company was created by Chef Ledoult to produce fish and seafood based preparations. In 2007, Damien Vergnault bought the company and brought a touch of modernity to the brand. His goal was to modernize the cannery while maintaining the artisanal spirit and local cuisine.
Conserverie des Saveurs produces regional recipes and selects quality ingredients, always prioritizing the choice of raw materials from local producers. The preserves do not contain additives or preservatives, each product is made with seasonal vegetables.
The brand offers diversified product ranges to satisfy the most gourmet palates. The company has official certifications such as the IFS (International Food Standard) certification since 2006 and the Product in Brittany labels. In 2017, it received the Ecocert organic certification, guaranteeing the quality of its products.
