Harmonious mixture of raw materials, human dedication and technology
When Nicola Milano started producing vinegar in 1889, his idea of product quality was clear in his mind. Her son Andrea, after whom the company takes its name, continued his father’s work respecting the teachings he received.
At that time, vinegar was the result of the harmonious mixture of raw materials, the dedication of man and the appropriate technology. Since 1889, Andrea Milano refined the production techniques without ever losing sight of the great tradition of Italian wine.
The first barrels with beech shavings gave way to modern acetifiers. But nothing has been sacrificed from the heritage of tradition and experience gained over more than a hundred years.
In the 1990s, the fourth generation, led by Andrea and Francesco, represented a strong impetus for the company’s growth, aiming at the internationalization and acquisition of a historic vinegar factory in Modena, which has now become the pride and joy of the company that allowed the expansion of the range with the production of Balsamic Vinegar from Modena IGP.
The careful choice of raw materials, carefully selected from the best Italian productions, makes it possible to obtain unique products with the aim of transmitting flavors that would otherwise be lost in the future.
The union between past and future, between tradition and innovation, is one of the main objectives that Andrea Milano proposes every day.
Art has no age, like great vinegars.
