English Double Cream is dessert perfection.
Double Cream is nothing more than milk fat, a type of dairy, widely used in culinary and confectionery, which raises other products like butter, fried creams, whipped cream, buttermilk, ice cream and many other desserts. It naturally occurs in fresh milk under rest, the fat portion, lighter than water, forms a surface layer which is removed. That fat is only 30% of the total milk.

Pasteurized cream (MILK), obtained from cow’s MILK.

Storage:
Store between 2° e 5°C. After opening consume within 5 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Simply spoon straight from the jar, perfect on a slice of pie, fresh fruit, waffles and pancakes. It’s great to add to sauces and pasta for extra thickness. You can also add some sugar and beat until get chantilly.
