Chilli and Cheese Frittata
A frittata is a specialty of Italian cuisine, usually filled with different ingredients. Serve the pepper and cheese frittata with bread.
Ingredients

2 pcs mixed peppers

1 unit courgette

1 unit onion

6 pcs eggs

100 g feta cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

1 teaspoon salt
Preparation Method
- Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Cut the courgette into small cubes. Set aside.
- In an ovenproof frying pan, sauté the thinly sliced onion and garlic powder in olive oil. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the peppers and courgette. Cook over a low heat for a further 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add them to the frying pan.
- Add the diced feta cheese and mix in.
- Bake in the oven, preheated to 180° C, for 20 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
