Sweet and Sour Fried Tofu
A simple and quick vegetarian recipe for you.
Ingredients

2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

300g Tofu

3 Cloves Garlic

150g Pineapple, bite-sized pieces

½ Onion
-
½ Pepper
-
30g Cashew nuts

1 chive
Preparation Method
- In a glass jar combine rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, coconut sugar and wok oil. Mix well and set aside.
- In a frying pan stir fry the cubed tofu for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the tofu from the oil, place to drain on kitchen paper.
- In a large pan, sauté the garlic over medium-high heat until just beginning to brown. Add all the vegetables at once, tossing quickly to mix.
- Add the seasoning sauce and tofu and toss to coat the sauce. Cook until cooked through, finally include chives and cashew nuts.
