Product Description

A powerful sugar-free absinthe with a natural colour obtained by infusion of plants. A sweet bitterness, an herbaceous bouquet and a light aniseed flavour.
A very authentic recipe obtained through the distillation of a mixture of rigorously selected plants such as wormwood, green anise, star anise, fennel, gentian and even mugwort.
Tasting notes: Light green appearance. On the nose presents vegetable notes followed by wormwood and final also of wormwood. On the palate presents notes of wormwood followed by fennel and aniseed and finish with pepper and liquorice. Goes well with dark chocolate.
