Shortbread is a traditional Scottish biscuit, usually made from one part white sugar, two parts butter and three to four parts plain flour.
The Shortbread Selection includes two shortbreads. The Salted Caramel Shortbread that is packed with dark salted caramel chips. And the Almond Shortbread, which won the Great Taste Award.
