Artichoke and Tomato Bruschetta
The Artichoke and Tomato Bruschetta is very tasty and has an artichoke, tomato, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise filling on a slice of toasted bread.
Ingredients

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 crushed garlic cloves

1 French baguette, thickly sliced
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven.
- Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast lightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, onion, crushed garlic, chopped tomato and mayonnaise.
- Coat the lightly toasted French baguette slices with equal amounts of the mixture.
- The edges of the bread will tend to burn if not covered in the artichoke mixture.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Grill in preheated oven 2 minutes, or until golden.
