This Italian-made whole-wheat spaghetti has a gorgeous texture and subtle, nutty-sweet taste. If everyone needs a packet of Spaghetti in the cupboard – why not make it a whole-wheat version? It’s such a simple way to bump up the nutrition of everyday meals, and it’ll add a lovely, nutty flavour, too. Use it wherever you’d normally go for white-flour pasta for a super-simple nutrition – and flavour – boost.
Ingredients:
Durum whole WHEAT semolina (88%), water(12%).

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place away from strong odours. Use within 3 months of opening.
Preparation Suggestion:
Bring a large pan of salted water to a rolling boil and add the spaghetti. Allow 80g of dried pasta per person. Let it come back to the boil and cook for about 9 minutes until al dente – cooked through but still with a bit of bite. Drain and serve. Tip: For best results, aim to use around 1 litre of water for each 80g serving of pasta.
Usage Suggestions:
Use the same way you use Durum wheat spaghetti. Try it as the base of a Carbonara or your favourite pasta dish
